Anita Ekberg

  Kerstin Aita Marianne (Swedish pronunciation (listen) 29/09/1931 - 11/01/2015) was an Swedish actress, known for her attractive and striking physique. Her iconic character of Sylvia in Federico Fellini's film La Dolce Vita (1960) earned her fame. Ekberg primarily worked in Italy which was her permanent resident in 1964. Anita Ekberg was the sixth child of eight. Anita was a model during her teens. Ekberg, at the urging of her mother in 1950 was a contestant in Miss Malmo. The result was that she won the Miss Sweden contest. Even though she spoke little English Ekberg travelled to the United States to compete in the Miss Universe 1951 title. This was an not an official pageant at the time. The pageant officially became officially recognized in 1952. Ekberg was not the winner of the Miss Universe pageant.   Naomi Ellen Watts (born 28 September 1968) is the British actress from the UK. Her film debut was in Australia in For Love Alone (1986) that was followed by three tv series: Hey Dad.. (1990), Brides of Christ (911) and Home and Away (1991) and Flirting (1991). After having moved to the United States, Watts initially struggled to become an actress, acting in small-scale film until she starred in David Lynch's psychological thriller Mulholland Drive in 2001 as an actress in training. Watts became famous internationally through this part. Watts was then cast as a depressed journalist in the film adaptation of The Ring (2002). She is best known for her part in the role of Samantha Jones on HBO's Sex and the City (1998-2004) in which she earned five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominations, receiving the 2002 Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. In the films Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010), she reprised the character. Her film debut came in Rosebud (1975) in which she was later cast in numerous roles on TV.
